So, you've found a photograph you would like to have restored. We suggest you compare it to the examples in the section on guide prices so you have an idea of what it will cost. You can send us your photo with no obligation to proceed when we give you a firm price. The price we quote will be the price you pay- no hidden extras.
You can send it to us (unframed) in the following ways:-
Send it to us by any postal method you chose, depending on its value to you. If you send it to us by recorded or special delivery then we will return it to you by the same method.
Include either the form found on the 'Ordering' page or include the following information:-Your nameYour addressYour Telephone No.Your Email address if you have one Details of the of the work you want done eg cropping, removing marks, repairing tears etc.

Scan your photograph using a flatbed scanner linked to your computer and use the highest resolution setting possible. ( 600 dpi is ideal ). Save the image at the highest resolution JPEG file possible and attach it to an email to the following address including the same information about yourself as listed above.

Please make sure your file name includes your name and if sending more than one file a number Eg file name: smith001.jpeg
Having recieved your photo we will assess the amount of work involved and give you a firm price, according to the guide packages we offer. If you decide not to accept the quotation for restoration we will return your photograph, carefully packed and using the same postal method and service that you used to send it to us.
If you decide to proceed we will start work when payment has been received.
Proceeding with the ordering is deemed to be an aceptance of the terms and conditions on the ordering page and we will proceed with the work. We aim to complete the work within a few days and will contact you if there is likely to be a delay. At peak times like Christmas there can be high demand and then work will be carried out on a first come first served basis. However, tell us if there is a particular deadline and we will do our best to meet it. When completed, we will post your restored photograph prints and your original to you, using the same method you used i.e. 1st class standard post, Special or Recorded delivery. If you emailed the image to us we will send you the finished photograph by standard 1st class post.
Important :Unless you request that we do NOT, we will keep the original scan/email and the restored digital image on file and assign them a unique reference number. They can then be reordered or have further work done on them.
